Everything you need, in one place

Sign in to your accounts, send us something securely, put a meeting on the calendar, or find a form. If what you need is not here, call (985) 789-5013 and we will point you at it.

Signing in

Your accounts and documents

These open on Cambridge's systems rather than here, so your credentials never pass through this site.

Cambridge client portal

Balances, positions, statements, and tax documents for accounts held through Cambridge.

Ask us for your portal invitation and we will resend it while you wait.

Document vault

Encrypted storage for what we exchange: plan deliverables, statements, and the paperwork your attorney and CPA need.

Call the office and we will set up your vault access on the call.

Reaching us

Booking time and sending things safely

Ordinary email is fine for most things. It is the wrong place for an account number or a statement, which is what the secure channel is for.

Book a meeting

Pick a time from the calendar rather than trading messages about which day works.

Use the contact form and we will send times back the same day.

Send something securely

Use this for anything carrying an account number, a Social Security number, or a statement.

Call the office before sending anything sensitive and we will open a secure channel for you.

Paperwork

Common forms

The ones clients ask for most often. Anything not listed, ask and we will send the current version.

Your client process

What happens once you are a client

The first three steps get you a plan. This is the part that runs from then on.
  • A short list in priority order, with deadlines attached to the items that have them.
  • We bring your CPA and attorney into the decisions that belong to them, before the year closes rather than after.
  • Reviews scheduled around your calendar: enrollment season, bonus and vest dates, and the fall tax conversation.
  • When something changes, a role, a sale, a diagnosis, a birth, we work the plan again from there.

Something not covered here?

Call the office and you will reach someone who already knows your file, rather than a queue. If writing is easier, the contact form arrives in the same place.
